No. All programs are built around fundamentals and scalable movements. You don’t need to be “in shape” to begin—you just need to be willing to show up and follow the structure.

What equipment do I need for online training?

Online programs are designed to work whether you train at home or in a gym. Some workouts use basic equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells, but alternatives are provided when needed.

How is online coaching delivered?

Training is delivered through the Everfit app. You’ll receive structured workouts, guidance, and the ability to communicate with your coach directly through the platform.

Is nutrition coaching included?

Yes. Online programs include nutrition coaching focused on sustainable habits that support training, recovery, and consistency. This is guidance—not extreme dieting or rigid meal plans.

How many days per week will I train?

Programs are available at different training frequencies. Options range from structured 42-day programs to ongoing coaching with varying weekly commitments. Choose the level that fits your schedule and goals.

Can I start if I’m busy or inconsistent with my schedule?

Yes. Programs are designed to fit real schedules. Consistency matters more than perfection, and training is structured to support long-term progress—not burnout.

Is this one-on-one coaching or group-based?

Online coaching is individualized, even though multiple clients may be training at the same time. In-person training can be private or small group, depending on preference and availability.

What happens after a 42-day program ends?

You can continue training through ongoing online coaching if you choose. The 42-day programs are designed as a starting point, not a stopping point.

Do you offer in-person training as well?

Yes. In-person training is available on a limited basis and includes structured programs for adults and youth athletes. Availability depends on schedule.

How do I get started?

Choose the program that fits your goals and schedule, complete enrollment through Everfit, and begin training. If you’re unsure where to start, the Foundation program is recommended for most people.
