Group Safety & Skills Coaching Session

Description:
Build teamwork, confidence, and practical skills in a collaborative group environment. Each two-hour session is customized to your group’s goals and experience level.

Your instructor will guide participants through essential safety practices, focus and coordination drills, and effective techniques for maintaining control and awareness in dynamic situations.

After booking, you’ll receive a follow-up email to finalize your session schedule and tailor your group’s training plan.

Duration: 2 hours (minimum)
Participants: 2 or more
